I was sad that my 2nd trip to Japan had come to an end, when I woke up I wanted to stay. Sadly though, I had to make the LONG journey home to England.

My girlfriend travelled with me to Tokyo Narita Airport, we left the hotel and headed to the local train station where I could catch two trains to Narita.

We stayed near the Tokyo International Terminal in Nihombashi where I could of caught an airport limousine (bus/shuttle bus) to the airport, but the cost to travel by train was only cheaper at only 1300 JPY.

The journey seemed to take such a while to get to Narita.

When I arrived at Tokyo Narita, I arrived at the same floor where I was given my original JR Pass.

After a quick security check, we headed to the main part of terminal.

We went for something to eat in the restaurants/shops section of the gates lounge.

I wanted to have one more meal before I left Japan, so I bought this Hamburg steak meal for almost 2000 JPY. It looked a lot bigger in the picture, sadly it was the worst thing I had to eat on my journey :( .

I walked back to the main check-in lobby.

The airport started to get busier:

I checked my bags in and went through the usual security checks and immigration area.

The walk to the plane was pretty depressing for me, but on the way I bought some souvenirs before rushing to catch my flight.

The KLM 747, I flew back on:

After a the long flight from Tokyo to Amsterdam, I had to wait in Schiphol airport.

I saw this lonely statue in the airport. I have no idea who created it, but it looked pretty cool.

I made my way to my final flight with KLM from Transfer Gate 4:

I arrived back in Manchester, England at 6pm  the very same day. I had such a great time in Japan on my 2nd trip and I can’t wait to go back in the not too distant future.

The food looks great. Disappointing about the pickpocketer. I can’t believe someone would do that to a tourist.

Me too at the time. I thought Malaga would be pretty safe, but at least nothing was taken. I hope others can enjoy trips to this area without anything happening to them.
