The Japan Centre is right next to Mitsukoshi in London and is only a short walk from Piccadilly station.
I knew about this shop before I visited London, so it was one of the places I wanted to visit as I missed Japanese food, sweets and snacks
.
When you walk into the store you have to walk past a sushi restaurant and then you come to see the shop itself.
The shop has a mix of different Japanese foods, sweets and snacks which I liked, but the price was a shock at first. As all items are imported, it has to be expected.
I managed to take a few pics inside..the first thing I saw was the Sake..and of course my favourite from the day before at the Okinawa Day.
More Sake and wines..
Sweets:
Pocky and Pretz, so nice!
Cute Tako crisps from Korea?
At the back of the shop they have a good selection of books/magazines similar to what I saw in Mitsukoshi London.
I instantly saw these kawaii (cute) cats.
The mix of magazines:
Doraemon on the front cover of one of the magazines
:
Supreme and Bape magazines:
On the way out I saw the cute Rillakkuma bowls.
I enjoyed my visit to the Japan Centre in London, to find out where to find the Japan Centre link here.
